Throughout the winter months, we can offer the use of the Drawing Room, Terrace Room, Wedding Breakfast Room, the Grand Hall and Gardens at Ballathie for your wedding celebration – to ensure you enjoy the exclusivity of Ballathie, we also ask that you reserve a minimum of 25 bedrooms. These bedrooms are situated within the original house, thus giving you an Ultimate House Party atmosphere. Each bedroom is unique, retaining its own individual period features, and offer the comfort and a good nights rest befitting of a traditional country house hotel.

  • Winter Months – 1st November – 30th April

A minimum of 25 bedrooms – comprising of a mixture of Master bedrooms, Classic bedrooms and the Honeymoon Room – guarantees you Exclusive use of the Hotel building on the day of your wedding, with a private room for breakfast the following morning, at a facility fee of £2950.

Additional bedrooms in the Riverside and Sportsman’s can be reserved on the night of the wedding outwith the initial minimum of 25 rooms. Extra nights can also be reserved at discounted rates.

A minimum of 41 bedrooms – comprising of a mixture of Master bedrooms, Classic bedrooms and the Honeymoon Room in the main House and a further 16 rooms in our Riverside building  – guarantees you Exclusive use of the Hotel building on the day of your wedding, with a private room for breakfast the following morning, at a facility fee of £5000.

A minimum of 53 bedrooms – comprises of a mixture of Master bedrooms, Classic bedrooms and the Honeymoon Room in the Main House, 16 rooms in our Riverside building and a further 12 rooms in our Sportsman’s Lodge – guarantees you Exclusive use of the property on the day of your wedding, with breakfast the following morning, at a facility fee of £6000.

Regardless of which option you choose, the cost of these bedrooms can be divided between your resident guests and charged individually to each room on departure. Please note we cannot guarantee access to all bedrooms before 2pm.
